But as a structured reflection of leadership coherence.

Most leaders enter programs based on aspiration. Here, you begin with observation.

What the RQ Mirror Measures

The RQ Mirror reflects how your leadership presence currently expresses across key dimensions:

  • Internal stability under pressure
  • Decision-making congruence
  • Relational field awareness
  • Over-compensation patterns

It identifies where you are coherent, where you are carrying more than necessary, and where your structure is ready to evolve.

How It Works

  2. We hold a Coherence Conversation to explore what emerges.
  3. You receive a detailed analysis of your preliminary RQ profile.

If the program feels aligned, we then expand into the full RQ Mirror and start with it as baseline.

At the end of the 13-week arc, the mirror is repeated. Growth becomes visible.
